WHEREAS, on February 23, 1999, the Board of
Supervisors held a duly noticed public hearing, and received and
considered documentation and testimony to allow the Board to determine
and establish hazardous waste disposal fees for Conditionally Exempt
Small Quantity Generators,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the El Dorado County
Board of Supervisors that, effective February 23, 1999, the following
rates are hereby established:
