The El Dorado County Procurement & Contracts Division does not send hardcopy notices via US Mail to bidders and other proposers.
Results of all bids, RFPs, RFQs, etc. are posted here as soon as the information is available. The Procurement & Contracts Division has added a "Status" column so that interested parties may quickly know the stage of any closed solicitation.
There are three (3) ways to find the results of a solicitation:
- Click on the link that matches the Fiscal Year in which the solicitation was published
- If known, the solicitation number (formatted as XX-XXX-XXX) can be entered in the search box below.
- If the published name/description of the solicitation is known, it can be entered in the search box below.
