Office Closure
The Placerville office will be closed on the second and last Mondays of each month until further notice.
The Tahoe office will be closed every Monday until further notice.

The El Dorado County Development Services Department, Placerville Office, located in Building C, 2850 Fairlane Court, Placerville will close the second and last Mondays of each month until further notice.  The Tahoe Office, located at 3368 Lake Tahoe Blvd, Room 302, South Lake Tahoe, will close every Monday until further notice. These closures apply to the Building Safety and Planning Services Divisions.  The Building Inspection line, 530-621-5377, will be answered on these days so that you may schedule an inspection for the following days.  No building inspections will be scheduled on the closed days.
