Welcome to the Elections Department website ... Thank you for taking advantage of our efforts to provide information directly to the voters.
It is the goal of the Election Department to provide the best service possible to the voters of El Dorado County. Please take the time to become informed and to voice your opinion through the ballot process, and encourage friends and family to do likewise.

Are you currently registered to vote? You need to re-register if you have recently moved into the county or, if you have possibly moved within the county to a new home or apartment. When you register, you have the choice of becoming or continuing to be a Vote by Mail or a Permanent Vote by Mail Voter. Just check the appropriate block and we will mail you a ballot.
