Missouri Flat Corridor
Design Guidelines
The Missouri Flat Design Guidelines for commerical development were adopted by the Board of Supervisors on June 3, 2008, by Resolution number 134-2008. The purpose of these guidelines is to improve the quality and character of the built environment and create a more pedestrian-friendly atmosphere with enhanced public spaces along the corridor. The Guidelines will be applied to all non-residential development within the corridor, from El Dorado Road to Pleasant Valley Road.
Copies of the guidelines are also available for review and/or purchase at Planning Services.
