Saturated Soil Water Quality Plan (SSWQP)
This Saturated Soils Water Quality Protection Plan has been developed by the El Dorado County, Department of Transportation (DOT) pursuant to Item 2 within the Clean-Up and Abatement Order (CAO) No. R5-2009-0030 issued to El Dorado County and the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Eldorado National Forest (ENF) on April 30, 2009.
