A motion was made by Supervisor Nutting, seconded by Supervisor Sweeney, as follows: 1) Adopt Resolution 223-2009 as amended; and 2) Authorize staff to send it to key individuals; and 3) Authorize Supervisor Nutting to gather key information, utilize staff as needed to prepare packets to be distributed to decision makers and evaluators when necessary for the two year review.
