Question 2 - What do I need if my last marriage ended in annulment or divorce?
You will need the date your last marriage ended. If that date is within 90 days of your application for a new marriage license you must bring the court document showing the date the marriage was dissolved. State law does not allow the issue of a new license without it.
Please contact the Superior Court for questions regarding any divorce information. The Recorder/Clerk does not have any divorce information. |
