Barnett Business Park: Top
Located off of Durock Road in Shingle Springs is the Barnett Business Park. This 340 acre industrial park was once part of the 10,000 acre Barnett Ranch, which was split into residential and commercial parcels. About one third of the business park has already been purchased by investors, but there is still considerable acreage available. Lots vary in size from half acre to two acres.

Georgetown Airport Business Park: Top
The Georgetown Airport Business Park consists of 100 acres in the northern part of El Dorado County.

El Dorado Hills Business Park: Top
Located in the west end of the county, this 880 acre venue is located only 25 minutes from the heart of Sacramento. El Dorado Hills Business Park offers a rural atmosphere with accessibility to retail centers and plenty of available housing.

The park offers build-to-suit sites and leased space for any size company. The property is available in 2 to 87 acre parcels. There are buildings for sale as well. The buildings provide office, industrial, research & development and warehouse space.

Park West Business Park: Top
Located in Diamond Springs is the Park West Business Park. This 160 acre park offers commercial and industrial space.
