The El Dorado County District Attorney Bad Check Restitution Program has now been revitalized.  This program will help bring relief to victims of bad checks, while increasing the accountability of individuals who fail to pay restitution.  This program will help curb your bad check problem and reduce the negative effect bad checks have on our local economy as a whole.  Please continue to mail your bad check crime reports to:
