Air Quality Management

0942 Filing Fee: A fee charged by the District for administrative costs associated with the submission of an Authority to Construct application. $87.00
0944 Base Processing Fee: * The minimum fee charged for engineering time spent by the District to process and evaluate each authority to construct or permit to operate application. This fee shall be the equivalent of two hours of time at the district’s hourly rate. The engineering fee is $117 per hour, after the 2 hour minimum. $242.00
  Permit to Operate Fee: A charge levied by the District for each permit to operate issued by the District. The fee shall be the total of the appropriate schedule fee (as listed on next page) and the calculated fee for the total tons of each pollutant multiplied by the fee per ton for that pollutant, as indicated by the following table. The total tons of each pollutant shall be the annual permitted emissions rounded up to the next whole ton.
